Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the App, go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete My Account, and confirm. This permanently deletes your personal data and signs you out.

I can't sign in.

Make sure you're signing in with the same Google or Apple account your team owner used to invite you. If the issue continues, email us with the address you're trying to sign in with.

My Shopify store isn't syncing.

Ask your company's account owner to check the Shopify connection under Settings — the store URL, access token, and location ID need to be entered correctly.

I found a bug or have feedback.

Email support@vibezon.in with details and, if possible, a screenshot. We read every message.
