This Privacy Policy describes how Vibezon ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use FlowDesk (the "App"), a mobile app for managing Shopify store operations — tasks, orders, inventory, shifts, staff, finance, and standard operating procedures.

Information We Collect

Account information: your name and email address, obtained when you sign in with Google or Apple.
Profile details: phone number, role, and permissions, if added by you or your company's account owner.
Operational data you create: tasks, comments, shift clock-in/out times, expenses, income records, SOPs, and announcements you or your team enter into the App.
Shopify store data: if your company connects a Shopify store, we access order, customer, and inventory data through the Shopify Admin API using credentials your company provides, solely to display and sync that data within the App.
Push notification tokens: a device identifier used to deliver notifications (e.g. task assignments, low stock alerts) via Expo's push notification service.

How We Use Your Information

To operate core features of the App: tasks, orders, inventory, shifts, finance, staff management, and notifications.
To authenticate you securely via Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple.
To send you push notifications relevant to your work (e.g. a task assigned to you).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Where Your Data Is Stored

App data is stored in a Supabase-hosted database. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using the operating system's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).

Third-Party Services

Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple — used for authentication.
Expo — used to deliver push notifications.
Shopify — used to sync your company's store data, if connected.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on its platform.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time from within the App: Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account revokes access immediately and removes your personal identifying information from our systems. Operational records you created that are shared with your team (such as tasks or SOPs) may be retained in anonymized form so your teammates' work history remains intact.

Children's Privacy

FlowDesk is a business tool intended for use by adults managing retail operations. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
